Our Raw Forest Honey & Lime Infusion is perfect for winter with both raw honey and lime and the health benefits they both provide. Honey for health, antioxidants and help to soothe sore throats, while limes provide additional antioxidants and essential Vitamin C. We wanted to create the perfect formula so this infusion is not only good for you but tastes superb as well.

Our infusion uses our Pua-ā-Tāne Forest Honey from down-river of Ruatāhuna, so it reflects the magic of our forest, Te Urewera. Raw – not processed, not heat-treated and not filtered. Just the raw, real deal. Then you get a delightful tang of lime for flavour and goodness. Kapow! A taste sensation right there.

How to use Forest Honey & Lime Infusion

We use a generous teaspoon of this infusion dissolved in water as a drink instead of tea or coffee, morning, noon or night.
